George Bower

Mr. Bower graduated for the State Polytechnic University, San Luis Obispo with a BS degree. Mr. Bower has built leading edge strategies for energy sector companies. Using methods and techniques not generally found within the industry, Mr. Bower has provides his clients with previously untapped capital and growth options. Collecting expertise in business logistics, finance and strategy development, Mr. Bower has provided energy companies with solid growth oriented approaches and has developed a unique approach to acquisition that incorporates the potential for  a zero net cash leveraged buy out; a first for the energy sector.
 
Mr. Bower has developed new approaches to business strategy development and implementation environments involving high degrees of  uncertainty. Mr. Bower has done extensive research into the growing uncertainty and change experienced by modern commerce. Mr. Bower was among the first to identify acceleration as a factor in business.  

Having built a unique consulting practice in Contemporary Network Services, Mr. Bower worked as a business development contractor with such companies as Arthur D. Little, Ernst & Young, EDS Management Consulting Services, A. T. Kearney, and a variety of smaller consulting organizations. His clients include companies such as Flowserve Corp., Nutrilite, Guident Technologies, Alflex, Masco, Northrop  Grumman, Teledyne, Ameron, Litton and many others.
 
Mr. Bower is an experienced manufacturing management  professional with ten years of manufacturing management experience, and over fifteen years of manufacturing management consulting experience. Mr. Bower is specifically trained in manufacturing system implementation. In the span of Mr. Bower’s managerial career, he has been President of three companies, including a manufacturing company, Air Controls, a consulting company, and a business development company with Contemporary Network Services. In his early career, Mr. Bower held positions as Production Control Manager, Materials Manager, Program Manager, Operations Manager and Division Manger in both the aerospace and defense, and commercial manufacturing.
 
Mr. Bower is highly qualified as a business strategist and a leading thinker in development for hyper growth companies. Mr. Bower is a qualified national strategist graduating from the US Army War College’s Defense Strategy Course in 1989 and Force Integration Course in 1991. Mr. Bower served as an assigned reserve officer in the Pentagon for seven years where he served on the US Army staff.

 
Steve Hamilton

Mr. Hamilton graduated from University of Texas with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering.  Mr. Hamilton is currently a principle in Longhorn Exploration, LLC. Duties include engineering evaluation of prospects, leasing of prospect acreage, and negotiation and writing of contracts.

Mr. Hamilton has worked on drilling and development projects in West Texas.  His duties included bidding out and awarding contracts for drilling; supervision of drilling operations, well completions and daily production operations.  Mr. Hamilton also worked for Texas Instruments as a design engineer in the scientific calculator products group.

Mr. Hamilton is a part owner of Costa Resources, Inc. His duties included bidding out and awarding contracts for drilling in West Texas and Eastern New Mexico, supervision of drilling operations, office and field supervision of well completions and daily well production operations.

 

Charles Laser

Charles Laser has been a highly successful independent oil and gas consultant for more than a quarter of a century. He is a respected oil and gas “wildcatter” with principal operations and discoveries in Wyoming including the Sagebrush and Dutton Basin discoveries.

Mr. Laser served as a Project Manager for numerous oil companies responsible for all phases of development from leasing to completion of wells. He has leased more than 500,000 acres of oil and gas leases and directed operations in Texas, Indiana, Illinois, Colorado, Montana, Nevada and Wyoming.

Charles Laser attended the Michigan College of Mining & Technology and Central Michigan University. He completed numerous oil and gas courses at Stanford Law School. He received an honorary Doctor of Laws Degree from Northwood University.

Before founding Charles Laser Oil & Gas, Mr. Laser served as Executive Vice President of GeoSpectra Corporation , a global leader in geological remote sensing equipment, serving major oil and mining companies. Clients included Exxon Mobil, Chevron Corp, ARCO, BP and DeBeers.
